In partnership with the marketing team, product designer, and copy editor, I helped bring email marketing campaigns to life for the Optum Now Store, translating business goals into compelling creative designed to drive product discovery and conversion.

Combining strong visuals, strategic messaging, and intuitive design, we created targeted campaigns that guided subscribers from inbox to purchase while maintaining a seamless experience between email and landing page.

Featured campaigns included the annual FSA/HSA year-end shopping push and skincare promotions, one of Optum Store's strongest-performing product categories.
