As part of Healthline's mental health brand integration, we reimagined the Psych Central podcast portfolio under the Healthline brand. Partnering with our Principal Illustrator, we established distinct visual identities using illustration, gradients, color, and texture to create a mood that felt optimistic and approachable while remaining sensitive to the complexities of mental health.
We then extended those identities into repeatable templates for weekly episode artwork, using photography to give each episode its own mood and personality while maintaining a recognizable structure. The system scaled across 15 podcast assets and all major podcast platforms.
The image isn't an FPO rectangle waiting to be populated. The entire graphic responds to it. Imagery, typography, color, texture, hierarchy, and legibility work together from the start, allowing each episode to have its own visual character while still belonging to the larger identity.
