As part of a small cross-functional team, I helped reimagine the Healthline experience, from the brand's voice to the site's overall look and feel. At the time, the experience felt dated and heavily focused on editorial content rather than a destination that could support people throughout their health journey.

Through competitive research, design exploration, and user feedback, we introduced a more modern visual system featuring bolder photography, a refined color palette, and a stronger, more recognizable brand presence. We also worked to make Healthline's credibility more visible by highlighting its medical review process, expert contributors, and commitment to evidence-based information.

Beyond the visual refresh, we focused on helping people find what they needed more easily. Strategic CTAs connected readers to relevant content, tools, and newsletters, while a more intuitive structure encouraged deeper exploration. Our goal was to evolve Healthline from a traditional health publisher into a trusted, action-oriented health platform.

Research and user testing showed overwhelmingly positive feedback on the new experience, including the visual direction, site structure, content strategy, and overall perception of the brand. The redesign drove increased page views, higher newsletter signup rates, and deeper user engagement.
